We deeply value each and every one of our employees and their role at Holiday Health Care, recognizing that each employee is an integral part of the Holiday Health Care Team. We also respect their roles as members and leaders of families and communities outside these walls. Every effort is made to provide a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for our staff.

The nature of our service requires that we staff operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We operate 3 traditional shifts at 8 hours per shift. Our operational structure dictates that we employ professional, para-professional, and service level persons. Our organizational chart includes the following employment positions:
