Education is very important to us. That is why we offer on-going in-servicing within the company, and also opportunities for assistance with education as careers in the health care field are pursued. The nature of our service requires that we staff operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We operate 3 traditional shifts at 8 hours per shift. Our operational structure dictates that we employ professional, para-professional, and service level persons. Our organizational chart includes the following employment positions:

- Accounts Payable/HR/Personnel and Benefits
- Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists and Assistants
