It will be the Mission and Purpose of Holiday Health Care
to establish and sustain the highest level of excellence in our
working environment and in the provision of our services within
the scope and range of our knowledge, abilities, and resources.

The overall purpose and function of Holiday Health Care is to
provide excellence in the delivery of health care services.
We will continually strive to provide these services with
professional competence, compassion, integrity,
and sensitivity with dignity and respect for the individual.
 

Operational Philosophy and Culture
 

The values and culture at Holiday Health Care will reflect
the mission and purpose as stated above.
All personnel (team members) will receive continuing education
as it relates to our mission and purpose and values and culture.
Team members will be encouraged and expected to align
their performance to these overall values.

At Holiday Health Care, we deeply value the significance and meaning of “quality of life.” We believe that human life has eternal significance and deliver our services with total regard to this significance. We believe that each individual is unique and special and is entitled to a “total person” approach in the delivery of our services.
