Medical Director & Pharmacy

The Heritage Center at Holiday, including all Medicare suites and Rehab Unit, are under the Medical Direction of Evelyn Bose, M.D.

Care, concern and commitment personify our Medical Director.

Early identification and instant response to health care needs of each of the residents, education and support to the staff and patients' families, along with regular visits and ongoing constant communication among all the parties make her style of practice very unique.

Dr. Bose has brought a lot of passion and vision to the entire staff and residents by her constant presence in the building. She is always available to talk to the families and attend care conferences.

Dr. Bose is an active member of American Medical Directors Association and American Geriatrics Society.  She received the regional award for being the Medical Director of the Year in 2011.  She is very passionate about her work and is a patient advocate.  She is very involved with the state survey and will not settle for anything less than outstanding. 

Dr Bose is a devoted Christian and always treats the patient with integrity, respect and dignity.  She is well known in the community for her commitment to Nursing Home practice. She was awarded the Readers Choice Gold award "Best Doctor" by the Evansville Courier and Press in 2010.

Dr Bose graduated in 1988 from Madras Medical College and is part of St Mary's Senior Health Center.
