Holiday Health Care provides employment for 300+ people on our Evansville campus.  Founded in 1969, we are
privately owned and operated by a local Evansville family.

Benefits for Full-time and Part-time Employees

Medical
Coverage available to employees and their covered dependents. The network is a Deaconnes Network or a PPO option is available.

Flex Plan
Flexible Spending Plan available for Health and Dental premiums only.

Dental
Coverage is available to employees and their covered dependents.

Disability
Plan (both short term and long term) allows employees to receive 60% of the salary tax free.

Life Insurance
Insurance is available for a minimum cost for employees and the employer assists with the premium.  In addition, Supplemental Life, Spouse Coverage and Dependent Coverage are available.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Available with the basic Life Insurance offered only to the individual employee.

401(k) Plan
Allows the employee to defer pre-tax contributions towards their retirement contribution.
