Being a leader in the Health Care Industry, Assisted Living, and other related professional services is not due to luck or by accident.  It is due to the continued commitment of our employees to provide these services in agreement with the Mission Statement of Holiday Health Care.

We deeply value each and every one of our employees and their role at Holiday Health Care, recognizing that each employee is an integral part of the Holiday Health Care Team.  We also respect their roles as members and leaders of families and communities outside these walls.  Every effort is made to provide a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for our staff.

Education is very important to us.  That is why we offer on-going in-servicing within the company, and also opportunities for assistance with education as careers in the health care field are pursued.  We want our employees to know they are valued, to see them grow, and to be part of their success in life.

 The nature of our service requires that we staff operations 24 hours per day,
7 days per week.  We operate 3 traditional shifts at 8 hours per shift. 
Our operational structure dictates that we employ professional,
para-professional, and service level persons. Our organizational chart
includes the following employment positions:

  • Management/Administrative
  • CPA/Accountant/Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable/HR/Personnel and Benefits
  • Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists and Assistants
  • Nursing Administration
  • RN's and LPN's
  • QMA's and CNA's
  • Social Workers/Social Service Designees
  • Activity Directors/Activity Assistants
  • Dietitians/Chefs/Dietary Aides/Cooks
  • Housekeepers and Environmental Technicians
  • Medical Records and Medical Data Specialist (MDS)
  • Maintenance and Grounds
  • Transportation Drivers
